The superior king room was perfect. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff were lovely, helpful, AND friendly.

The lighting was POOR. I could not read in bed. There was no plug at the basin. The safe was broken.

i had a family room. the room was on the third floor and i found it comfortable. the lady at reception was cute and helpful to me. the nearby tesco offers three hours of free parking.

i had only one contact with staff on arrival. the manager showed me to my room and gave me my key. no one checked if i was comfortable or needed anything such as local information. i found the stairs were dark and poorly lit.
